The Chicago Bulls legend did not take his retirement very well. As soon as he retired in 2004, he wished he hadn't. He tried working on a comeback but it was not to be. He tried hard to win a seventh ring but it proved elusive. Finally accepting that his basketball career was behind him, as illustrious as it had been, he teamed up with his brother to run a livestock farm in Arkansas.

However, he is not forever hidden in the farmlands as comes out a few times a year for appearances on television.

Up next, Charlie Ward goes into high school basketball coaching.
