Shawn Kemp – Owning a Sports Bar

Shawn Kemp played in the NBA for 14 years and was awarded all-star six times, and  All-NBA Second Team three times. He left the league in 2003 and opened a sports bar in Seattle called Oskar’s Kitchen. Kemp ran the bar for 12 years, but couldn't afford the rent anymore and had to close down back in 2015. He didn't want to leave the hospitality field and nowadays he's a part-owner of another bar in Seattle - Amber's Kitchen.
